Tamir Poleg is the Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Real, a role he’s held since 2014. Prior to launching Real, Tamir was the Founder and CEO of Optimum RE Investments, an investment firm focused on multi-family real estate and technology ventures. Earlier in his career, he held a number of leadership roles in organizations that spanned the real estate and technology sectors across multiple continents. He holds a BA in economics from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Sharran Srivatsaa serves as President of Real, a role in which he leads all aspects of the company’s growth, including agent attraction and education. Since joining the company in late 2022, he has overseen the onboarding of over 13,000 agents, translating to over 100% growth in the number of agents on our platform. In 2023 the total value of homes sold by Real agents increased to $26 billion, an $11 billion increase compared to 2022.

Dre Madden is the Chief Marketing Officer of Real, where she is responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing corporate visibility and implementing a strategic roadmap to scale the company’s agent base. During her time at Real, she was named among HousingWire's Marketing Leaders in 2023 and 2024. Dre is a multifaceted marketing leader with over 20 years of digital and brand experience building and leading marketing departments at StubHub and OpenTable. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer for luxury-focused, technology-driven startups in Silicon Valley. She holds a BA with high honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Santa Clara University.

Samir Dedhia is the CEO of One Real Mortgage, the mortgage division of The Real Brokerage. Prior to joining Real, Samir co-founded Lemonbrew Technologies in 2017, a digital real estate ecosystem encompassing Lemonbrew Lending (formerly SD Capital Funding), Lemonbrew Abstract, Lemonbrew Insurance, and Lemonbrew Real Estate.

Samir initially began his career in the mortgage industry in 2004 as a loan officer. In the wake of the mortgage meltdown, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President at SD Capital Funding in 2009 before ascending to the role of Principal in 2012, where he pioneered an assembly-line mortgage operations process that revolutionized efficiency and drove unprecedented year-over-year volume growth. 

General Manager, Real Wallet, Real

Dominic Parikh is General Manager of Real Wallet at Real, where he leads the development and expansion of Real’s embedded financial services platform. Prior to joining Real, Dominic spent over eight years at Funding Circle, an SMB lending platform, in various leadership roles across the UK, Germany, and the U.S., including leading the U.S. direct distribution business. His career began in management consulting at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised large financial institutions. Dominic holds a B.A. from the University of Oxford with a major in Economics and brings a decade of experience in fintech, strategy, and operational leadership across international markets.

Head of Real Academy, Real

Drew Thompson currently serves as the head of Real Academy at Real, where he runs all agent performance coaching and education programs. Since joining Real in 2024, he has built the first-ever Reel Academy on the Road program—delivering tactical, practical strategies and in-person education directly to agents nationwide, a pioneering initiative for a cloud brokerage.

Drawing on his extensive background as both a real estate agent and head coach at Coldwell Banker, Drew is deeply committed to empowering his peers to achieve more.

Sherry Chris was recently appointed Special Advisor to the CEO of The National Association of Realtors. In her role she will advise and foster relationships between NAR and the nation’s largest real estate companies and brands.

Previously, she was an 18-year veteran of Anywhere Real Estate Inc., where she most recently served as Executive Advisor. Previously, she was the CEO of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) and ERA Real Estate and earlier as COO for Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

In addition to her C-Suite roles, Chris has been deeply engaged with the real estate industry’s most impactful member and advocacy organizations, including NAR’s Real Estate Services Advisory Group, where she previously held the role of board Chair, and The Realty Alliance, for which served as its first female board chair. She is also a founding corporate member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. She is also a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and a past board member of its education foundation.
